Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Luna Reformer Pilates website, class booking system, memberships, packages, and any services provided by Luna Reformer Pilates (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, booking a class, purchasing a membership, or attending our studio, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Us

Luna Reformer Pilates is a Reformer Pilates studio offering classes, memberships, and related fitness services.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

You must not:

  • Use the website in a way that may damage, disable, or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or booking platform
  • Copy, reproduce, or misuse any content from our website without permission
  • Provide false or misleading information when booking or creating an account

3. Bookings

Classes must be booked in advance through our website, booking platform, or any other approved booking method we provide.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the class, date, and time selected are correct before completing your booking.

Spaces are subject to availability and are only confirmed once your booking has been completed successfully.

4. Payments

All class, package, and membership fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or in accordance with the payment terms shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Prices may change from time to time, but any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, you must do so within the cancellation window stated on our website, booking platform, or class confirmation.

Cancellations made outside of the permitted cancellation window may result in the class credit being lost or a cancellation charge being applied.

If you do not attend a booked class and have not cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, this will be treated as a no-show and the session may be deducted from your account.

Refunds are provided at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

6. Memberships & Class Packages

Memberships and class packages are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase, including any expiry dates, usage limits, renewal terms, or cancellation requirements.

Class credits are personal to you and may not be transferred to another person unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or cancel a membership where payment is not received or where these Terms are breached.

7. Health & Fitness Responsibilities

By booking or attending a class, you confirm that you are physically able to take part in Pilates and that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, movement limitations, or medical concerns before participating.

You are responsible for listening to your body and stopping immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or anything unusual during a class.

Our instructors may offer guidance, adaptations, or modifications, but this does not replace medical advice. If you are unsure whether Reformer Pilates is suitable for you, you should seek advice from a qualified medical professional before attending.

8. Studio Rules

When attending our studio, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time for your class
  • Follow all instructor guidance and safety instructions
  • Use the equipment responsibly and only as directed
  • Respect other clients, instructors, and staff
  • Wear suitable clothing for exercise
  • Not attend if you are unwell or unable to safely participate

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave if we believe your behaviour may put yourself, our staff, or other clients at risk.

9. Late Arrival

If you arrive late for a class, we may not be able to allow you to take part for health and safety reasons. In this case, the class may still be treated as attended and no refund or credit may be issued.

10. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own personal belongings while attending the studio. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items unless caused by our negligence.

11. Liability

We take reasonable care to provide safe and professional services. However, participation in fitness activities involves some level of risk.

We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of your failure to follow instructor guidance, misuse of equipment, failure to disclose relevant health information, or participation against medical advice.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
